Your Values Matter
When I started my company I wanted to make sure that the people who came to work for me shared in my values. By setting up a core of values not only helped me find the right people for my company, but also gave us a system for making decisions that aligned with our goals.
Your values are what makes you unique. One of the best things we can do is write them down and use them in your life and your work. If you're a manager, work with your team to develop values of their own. Use those values to help bring your team together and encourage forward momentum.
You'll find that empowering your people to focus on their values offers them the opportunity for personal growth. And as a leader, we have no higher calling than to help people grow.
We have a lot of work to do in the world, let's get out there and do it.
