I've been sick for the last few days. I haven't shopped for medicine in the US for a couple of years. It's overwhelming to see all the brands fighting for our attention. The medicine all does the same basic things, but they all have to sit on the same shelf and compete with each other. This is why I love doing business online. We get to connect and have a conversation with our users. Rather than having to shout to get your attention, we get to engage with users and learn more about their needs. We get to be flexible, move with our users, and change quickly.
